Should the connection to the casino fail, our database will save all games at the exact moment the connection was lost. This means that the game stays open as unfinished. When the connection will be restored and you will be able to log into the casino, you will find the game paused at the exact same spot where the connection error occurred.

- Name of the game.
- Exact time of the error.
- Gameplay ID.
You can check your played rounds in order to find the Gameplay ID under Cash or Chips/Bonus > Transactions which is located at the right top corner of your main or casino account. The Gameplay ID is visible under Description column.
